Background:

• She was born in 1963 in Istanbul, Turkey
• She studied in Istanbul University and received the degree of BSc in Economics and she got her MSc in Money and Banking. She has received her thesis on “Performance Analysis in Banking” 
• She has worked in different leading banks in Turkey and Europe as a trainer and/or founder of the departments of Credits, Financial Analysis, Financial Research. She prepared the Processes of Credits, all instruments of Marketing and Analysis, Balance Sheet & P&L Analysis. Her final assignment in Banking sector was “Vice President responsible for the Credits and Financial Analysis”   
• During her worklife she has visited many firms and plants of different sectors in Turkey, Belgium and Germany as Credits Committee Member for the analysis on Credit Granting and presentation to the Executive Board Members. By doing this, she has received very important experience and management skills.
